Take it Mobile!​

Take your Command Center mobile with the Guard IQ App.

Access all of your Dashboards, Forms, and Records while on the move.

Download the Guard IQ Mobile App from:

A. Download → Apple Store​

To download the Guard IQ app to your iPhone or iOS Tablet:

  1. Open the App Store

  2. Type Guard IQ in the search bar → and press Search

  3. Browse to the Guard IQ app

  4. Tap the Get button

  5. Confirm the download with Face ID, Touch ID, or your Apple ID password

  6. Follow the on-screen instructions and wait for the installation processes to wrap up

  7. Tap the Guard IQ icon on your home screen or in the app library → and Open the app

  • Log in with your Guard IQ credentials
  • Register if you haven't already
  • For help, review the Registration instructions

B. Download → Google Play Store​

To download the Guard IQ app to your Android devices:

  1. Tap the Google Play Store

    Play Store

  2. Search for Guard IQ:

    Search

  3. Browse to the Guard IQ mobile app

  4. Tap Install

    Install 250

  5. Wait for the download and installation processes to complete

  6. Tap the Open button

  • Log in with your Guard IQ credentials
  • Register if you haven't already

How to Register & Sign In​

  • To Sign in, simply enter your Email and Password

Pick Organization & View Dashboards​

You may have more than one organization. If so, pick your organization from your list.

About your Home Screen Starting Point​

Your Home Page lists all of your available Dashboards and so much more:

Let's start at the four corners in the above image, then move to the center:

  • A. Return to your Organizations list
  • B. Open your Settings → view Notification Prefrences, Reset Cache, etc.
  • C. Click + Create → to open your Forms
  • D. Pick Home → and return to this screen!
  • E. Select a Dashboard from the list

Open and Filter Dashboards​

  1. Scroll down and back up again to view the Dashboard

  2. At the Records Table, scroll over to see all the fields that have been captured

  3. Click Back to Home or click the Home button

Select and Clear Filters​

  1. Click any of your available filters. For example:

    • Event Controller → pick any Event to review
    • Issue Status → ex. Closed
    • Department → ex. Hospitality
    • Description → ex. spill

  2. Select X Clear Filters → to remove all filters, including your Event

SMS Notification Status & Preferences​

  1. Open your Settings

  2. Flip the switch from Enabled → Paused to turn notifications on or off

  3. Adjust your Notification Preferences to your liking
